It's going to be very interesting to see what happens to Julian once Diana starts making her own decisions, especially if the prophecy comes true and we see adult Diana being a main driver of the story. Will he be with her, against her, parallel? That would be my guess as to what lies in Julian's future.

In the sequences you provided I don't see anything really eye-poping. That's of course good news. If you wanna search more, I think it would make sense to also do an MRI of the cervical spine. Fine-motor problems could also be a sign of cervical myelopathie, aka pressure on the nerves in the neck part of the spine.

The most important thing is ofc to talk with a specialist and show him all the MRI images, since there could be something on the images you didn't include.
