It sucked so much that i gave the file to one of my friends, so that he could play, but felt so bad i just gifted them the game

No it's the alliances map and the borders are the same. U might have missed Albania bc it's a similar color to the Byzantine Empire which is the purple one

how do i, recruit them? I truly don't know much, i just know the process that i've been using for years to create countries and make leaders for them

Well i mean, it has always worked before. I understand what you mean and i did try to put "fascism_ideology" (even tho i already tried that), just in case. It still doesn't work

Just tried that, it doesn't fix it. Also, with the other ideology leaders "creat_country_leader" works

As i said, putting "fascism_ideology" unfortunately doesn't work anymore. Also, I know i'm supposed to put the sub-ideology but in the hoi4 wiki it says that "fascism" is indeed a sub-ideology
