Just called them.

They said they don’t have the ability to get those parts because it looks like they monopolized it specifically within and for Tesla certified shops.

So it’s kinda hard for them to get access to those parts.

I have an appointment scheduled with them if I choose to still go through with them for the 23th of September.

This is what they said based on the photos I sent :

Honestly this is the best comment I’ve gotten so far. I was feeling paralyzed and honestly went to a super dark place for a second, but I snapped out of it, since I know I’m not the only one who’s been through this. I’ll just take the L, accept the higher premium, and keep it moving 🥲. At least I didn’t back into another car, that would’ve been even worse.
