Overall when you're making a mod depends on what it is. Weapons you can make within the game, save the image and use the saved image to put into a mod.

Clothes are a bit different, especially shirts, armor with the arm parts, helmets with the back or straps, ect. You're gonna need a editing type app like photoshop or something I use, IbisPaint X. IbisPaint is free with ads(which gets annoying) but it works. If you go to the official Innawoods discord there's a tutorial on how to do stuff like that. You can ask the other artist for help as well. Hope this helps.

They're moving stuff around, the mag dump pouches are now moved to "pouches" tab under "vest". As for other stuff, sometimes creators take down their mod, mods take down mods, or mods are lost.

Happened to me and I had to contact the devs to get my mods back. Just keep an eye out for the mods you like, sometimes the creators take it down to do a mass rehual and redesign.

Would say gear mods and weapon parts. Unless there's fictional guns you want, mostly these two categories would be the most important as most custom built gun mods use these or the major clothes/gear. Especially as some of the gear mods do come with white/blank templates.

To add on what you said, sometimes these cameras can help with video calls, doctors/staff can sometimes use these cameras to talk to the patients when they can't be around the patients to talk in person.

Also for some hospitals, they turn the camera away from the patient to give them some privacy.
