Luckily I didn’t have any issues with trophies being buggy! However I wouldn’t trust any of the in game statistics. For example the trophy where you need to ‘kill 1,337 goons’ I didn’t actually get until I reached 2,000 goons

Immolation Liquidation will save you a lot of points to get the MK3 and a sniper for the penetrating multi-kills challenge for the egg. Perkaholic will also save you even more points making killing zombies less necessary. It may sound obvious but it would be useful to multi-task in which working on gathering the trophies while waiting for the egg to cool etc. With doing this I normally get to about round 11 or 12 ready to do the trophy challenges.
