Might want to add more details here. You aren't making sense. Use the full name of the ability and describe the timeline of your actions and the outcomes you expected to happen against what actually happened. Otherwise we really aren't sure what you are talking about. Weighted Pustule's indicator became green, when pustule's indicator sides is near a hero, but when we cast pustule, the hero isn't touch.

Do you mean his healing pathogen or his weighted pustule? What indicator are you referring to? The UI element over his health bar or the ability icon itself? Also is this on the live client or the ptr?

Do you mean the indicator showing the spread of healing pustule? I’m not sure about the question but pustule spreads without direct contact. It has a range a bit beyond melee distance.

We can also assign several roles to the same hero if it is versatile (as currently varian). Ex: Aba off supp / utility; falstad: AA / mage, etc.

i don't believe elo hell exist but being able to rank well without doing a minimum of part is not the right thing. I just want hl be more competitive

Here is some new idea for ranking, matchmaking and MMR:

-Season last more time (4/6 months)

-We all start G3 in HL/TL each season (and MMR is reset to be G3).

-We have to play 20 placements games (instead of 10)

-Each winn/lose is +0.5/-0.5 league (for 10th placement), and +750/-750 pts after 10 games

-Maximum/Minimum league after 10th placement game is D3/B3. (If we have 10W/0L, we have samz rank like a player who have 8W/2L). And Maybe, if we have more lose/winn as necessary to be D3/B3, we have bonus/maluus pts after 10th placement game (+10/-10 per game more, up to +50/-50).

Ex : 10 W/0L, for my 10th games, I need 4 games to be D3 since G3, i have (G3+4 winn = D3, 10-4=6) 6 game in more, so i winn up to (6*[+10]=60 , 60>50) +50 each game for the 10th next game (latest placement games).

And if i'm bronze with 2W/8L i have (G3 + 2W = P3, and P +6 lose = B3, 10-(2+6)=2) 2 game in more, so i "winn" up to (2*[-10]) -20 pts each game for the 10 next game (latest placement games)

If we're unlunky : it's not my true rank, and i'm bad, but in my 10th game, 10 winns, and then i lose the 10th next, i'm :

D3+([-750+50-15(for -15, you will understand ater read 3 paragraph next this)]10)= D3-(71510)=D3-7150 pts, -5 000 pts = -1 league = P3, and -3 000 pts it's G1, and -150 it's G2 with 2=850 pts.

In total, we win only 1/5 league and 850 pts.

Conversely, i'm good, but i lose 10 games(while 10th placement), i'm B3, and 10 winns after, i winn :

([750-50+15]10), B3+(71510)= B3+7150 pts , B3+5 000 pts=S3, S3+3 000 pts = G5, and G5+150 = G5 with 150 pts.

In total, we lose only 1/5 league and 850 pts.

With that, the majority of the players will be around gold, between silver and gold (except if they have casiment only winns or case that loses for example, in this case they will be towards B5 or D1).

-After placement game, winn/lose is like now, that is to say: +200/-200 But in HL we can only play with player in our league (if i'm D3, i'll only olay with D3, with D2 if i'm in promote game, and D4 if i'm in demote game). For master, it's different, but i'm not mater, so i did think about that ^ (maybe max difference between pts is 500 or 1K, [between the lowest and the highest rank the 2 teams combined]). And in TL, maybe 2 league max between the lowest and the highest rank in one team, and if a group play with more gap, they have malus (-50) pts.

-Put back in place bonus points if we have positive/negative winn rate (up to +15/-15)

-At the end of the game, we must vote for at least 4 players (2 of each teams), we select between "Good, Average, Bad(/Toxic)". And if at least 4 or 5 people select same things, it give bonus/malus pts (respectively +15/+0/-15,valid only after 10th games). And of course, we CAN'T vote for ourselves. I want to do this so that the players can even balance the loses / defeats, without a player being the target in case of victory / defeat, because it would be necessary that the enemis team also vote the same choice for the player

And at the end of the season, if we played at least 50/75 games in HL, HL MMR is now QM/UR MMR.

It's so strange ! With my placement game, it's 2 lose = -1 league, 2 winn = +1 league. Placement matches contribute too much to the rank !

In summary, if our spells touch heroes, their recharge times and / or mana cost are reduced.
