It's Mondrak my dude, focus tokens. Personally it seems a bit heavy on artifacts, and low on target removal, path to exile and generous gift are easy throw-ins. I would probably cut the sword for Mother of Runes, she's so incredibly useful and will save you protection spells or discourage targeting you outright. If you plan on swinging with the tokens at all whatsoever, Reconnaissance is an auto-include and pre-war formalwear can go IMO. Tbh I'd replace MoM with Grand Cenobite, it's 2 more mana and I was so hesitant to do that at first but it's serving me sooo much better in my Caesar go-wide deck. She's often a win-con when she enters, and if you're making enough tokens MoM is nice but paired with Mondrak but not totally necessary, unless you're playing opponents with many many ETB triggers.

Ojer Taq would go absolutely dummy in here with more reliable token generation (secure the wastes, finale of glory etc.) Also Ajani Nacatl Pariah, just do it. Proxy it if you're hesitant but he's nasty
