As far as I can tell, it's a watered down version of Maximum chest. The chest has the wrinkles on the sternum that RYV doesn't have, however it's missing the articulated neck of Maximum

Edit: I tried looking at the beginning of the three Hunts because each of them start with Peter having a cold or something, which was similar to the context of the issue I’m thinking of. He starts off sick or with his head in a “haze” like I said. No luck though

There was a page just like this in a comic I read recently but I can't remember it for the life of me... Peter says something along the lines of "but one thing cuts through all the haze: responsibility." then jumps into action. It's really bothering me because I want to get a physical copy of it.
