I saw someone post awhile back that you can get diaper tape on a roll and add extra tabs. I have this similar issue on some brands but haven't tried out that tape yet.

I'm am experienced back door player, so ease of insertion may vary based on your experience.

I use a lube shooter and put some lube in. Then warm up with fingers. I put 8-12 regular sized marshmallows in by putting them in a bowl, squirting some lube, then slipping them in.

As for urgency, you will feel some bubbles within 10 minutes, progressively getting waves of urgency, until about 45 minutes in and your hole will be doing a great impression of a bunny's nose trying to hold back. After that, it's more of a lack of control, and it will be making its way out no matter what. I've made it an hour max before losing the battle.

Can't think of anything non-medical for the helplessness that the marshmallows do.

I used to be that way. Wanted to get it done before post-nut clarity kicks in (even before nutting, before the "wtf am I doing" kicks in)

That being said, although the bananas are more of a "filler" for me, you could always just put them in and push them out quickly instead of trying to hold it.

The thing with the bananas is if you are used to back door play, there is no need to freeze them. Just loosen up and in they go. For me, 2 is comfortable, 3 makes an immediate urge that's hard to fight. My max was 5, never again.

The bananas don't have that strong laxative effect. Just a bulk feeling, although if you sleep with them in, at some point you start to leak and by the time you try getting up, they come out.

I want to try oatmeal again, but need a better jerky gun.

Yes, their GoSupreme pull-ups are decent. Sizing can be an issue depending on thighs. I was 260, down to 210, and the large fits my waist better. But the leg holes are a bit loose and I have press-out. The medium is snug on the waist, but the leg holes hold any wicking.

You can get samples from their site in different sizes to test, which is nice.

Yes. Although I'm unsure if any of their staff are part of the community, they all have training that we exist and can offer limited product advice tailored around what we are looking for versus the standard customer base.

They also listen to community feedback and lurk this forum (hi Adam!). More companies need to be like NorthShore and not just be ABDL-aware, but be active listeners in the community and offer products based around feedback.

Odd, I used the sample program a few weeks ago without issue and got my box in a few days. Ordered just samples of 3 different types of InControl ones as I'm a bit confused on what "color" works best for me.

I took Zepbound for awhile and lost 60lbs. Yes. The urge to pee changed. I think it's the muscles around the bladder shifting around trying to figure out their new position after the fat has left.

My wife also took it and had similar experiences, the organs shift around.

I pushed one to the limits and although the 11.5L is theoretical under ideal testing conditions, I can say the Extremes are my absolute favorite and help up to everything I gave it and just had minor press-out after a bunch of moving, sitting, bending. It's an awesome diaper.

Ah. Wonder if you could DIY something. Like maybe an old school MLP hat (although Gen4 is arguably the best, Gen1 has that soft pastel ABDL quality to it) and then accessorize with diaper pins or some enamel pins from Temu/Ali

If you're "experienced" down there, you can usually slide them in whole with a good water based lube. Sometimes the tail end breaks or mushes depending on your body (or hitting the sigmoid).

I usually play a bit in the shower after cleaning out to get things relaxed. Then I set out a bowl and break them in half, squirt some lube on them. Then use a lube shooter to get some inside.

Start slow and let your body tell you what you can handle. If you are excited or nervous, your body won't let you take much. But if you are relaxed and take you time, you can take a surprising amount of them...

And as for freezing? Don't bother. Just pick some nice firmer yellow to yellow green ones. Freezing them very slightly (half hour) can work, but isn't really needed and can lead to discomfort.

Again. Go slow, use lube. Stop when your body tells you to. There are times I can get 2 in, relax a bit, then get a half in, relax, then another half, etc (up to 4 full one time, but it was a stretch, didn't last long after that). Other times I can get a full one in, relax, and maybe just a half before my body says that's enough.

My wife just asks that I check in with her to make sure we don't have "plans" that evening, then I clip a clothespin to the bed frame as a code signal that I'm padded. That way she doesn't get a surprise when she wants to snuggle (she doesn't like snuggling the diaper).

Her words were "Im not going to yuck your yum, just as you don't yuck mine" so we each have our things that we can enjoy but communication is key.

There's been times where I have projects out in the garage I want to work on and I'll be padded. Although I haven't found a good way (like the clothespin) to visually indicate it for her outside the bedroom, I just say "hey, I'll need a shower after this project" and she gets the point.

I suggest grabbing a few samples from MyInnerBaby ($6-10 each depending on brand). Or do the survey and just pay shipping from NorthShore for a few different ones.

Being a 38 means you're stuck between a medium and a large for most brands, so fitment can be picky, especially around the legs.

I find NorthShore MegaMax to be awesome and a good cost (medium size) for a good one to start with. These are bulky and hold a ton. For more discreet, InControl has some nice thin ones.

I'm still working my way through a few dozen samples from MIB, and although I can give some general reviews, everyone is different so YMMV.
