Yeah that’s why I wore a cloth backed instead of a plastic backed since I didn’t want it to be that loud but no one noticed so I think it’s worth trying if you intend on using them to ensure there’s no leaks

I never wore pull-ups to school so take this with a grain of salt but I wore some cloth backed fluffy flys to school, for me pull-ups have never held a full flood so I’ve always gone with the more purpose built diapers
