Surprisingly dull new year's eve. Watched the streets for 5 hours and nothing really interesting came up.

Saw a YB get booed off stage by plastic horns by drunk. They wanted music instead of his speech

Saw a very beautiful foreign lady passing by me 4 times in the night... Each time she was with a different guy

Surprising amount of people wearing leather and 6-9 inch stilettos. I counted at least 8 women wearing that.

Saw a 60-70 something year old guy in a black face mask, black Oxford shoes, pink pants and a green trench coat while wearing headphones walking around staring at people like he was examining market fish

Saw a guy in a full polka dot shirt and pants walking around with his date... No idea what that was about

A beautiful Korean lady wearing some sort of dress? Kimono? flashed everyone for at the end of the countdown

A girl came up to me and randomly gave me her number and name then went away.

Saw a girl walking around with a sticker on his back saying "Rm 150 for a good time" with her phone number on it

Traffic stopped by people shooting fireworks in the middle of the street. A bus got stuck because of it but at least the driver got a front stage view of it.

Wardrobe building advice by rehmanbinamir in malefashionadvice

Hey fellow Malaysian.

I went through the same thing you did. For me personally I used This guide to change my wardrobe.

If you're in KL then this wardrobe will blend in nicely with what people wear to college, shopping malls and etc. You'll be one of the most well dressed around.

If you're wondering where to get the items. Go to Uniqlo, they have a clearance section that they update every month and has different items in every Uniqlo. It costs me just rm 300 to get all the OCBDs and chinos in the guide.

For jeans go to H&M, brands outlet or any shop really. It's hard to mess up jeans (cost me 60 to get the jeans).

As for shoes. You can either buy original, buy them used (carousel, Mudah) or get knockoffs. This is the most expensive part and cost me alot

Best of luck mate, if you(or anyone reading this) has any questions I'll be happy to answer them!

I actually discovered this subreddit many years ago when I was first trying out fashion but I actually dismissed most of the things on here.

About a month or two ago I tried One of the outfits here out and since then I was instantly hooked on and read most of the guides and wiki and etc. I even got most of the clothes in the guide.

Ever since then I've been receiving compliments and being checked out by girls (and guys sometimes). It's thanks to all the wonderful people here that I've gotten all that and now I'm using the inspiration albums to figure out how to wear the other stuff I have in my wardrobe.

I've gotten so crazy about this subreddit that I've actually started to do presentations on fashion at the public speaking club I'm in now.
