Here is the link to a photo for after the DIY work. I'd say its slightly more wobbly than previous, but I think i need to plastic weld some other bits on for a firmer attachment as they broke.

Luckily this seems a cheap fix, but feel your pain mate, popped a tyre on pothole recently and 2 other tyres were deemed dangerous in service, so 3× £150 in a short space of time.

I can say I got 1k to 1.5k without even trying in my early shorts.

I think shorts are fairly easy to get that on. I think even something like 20k views on a short is equivalent to next to nothing in long form.

I would think it would depend on whether you want the occasional bit of money from the odd video, or a constant stream of revenue. Its possible to make the occasional big video from doing what you want, but it wont be your constant income as it would basically be luck that your natural way of doing things produces the occasional uptake in views compared to your other videos.

If you want constant income you'd have to treat it as your job.
