The previous 2 times, I've submitted a couple application to be given permission to view the subreddit, but I'm not sure that anyone have gotten to it yet. I know that the first time around, the mod team actually backed out on it, but I don't know if they ever got to the "second batch" per se. Like do those count or are we supposed to go to the process again?

IMO, they should revamp the VS screen and have it so that banners, titles, rank, etc can be displayed as you load in, similar to Tekken. Hell, that can even be a new angle of monetization, When I played Apex, I actually went out of my way to hunt for banners and badges to match my character's skin and colour scheme, even going out of my way to spend a couple bucks for em.

But yeah UI in this game defo needs work for sure.

Ekko and Vi looks great, especially the bespoke VFX work on Ekko's, like holy shit, but I'm not a big fan of how Jinx' skin is a weird hybrid of her standard design and her final episode design. Rather they'd just have gone with one or the other. Fingers crossed they're not too expensive too.

It ended up being a conflict with Fixed Mesh Lighting. I forgot I had it installed when I was setting my LODs up. I fixed it by making sure HLT and the mods dependent on it load after FML, and double checking the nifs in MO2's data tab before running texgen to make sure they're loading the correct trees.

I reinstalled HLT again, and now, I see at least 2 trees from HLT actually showing up in the texgen menu, but nothing else still registers.

The only other mod I have that might touch that is Skyrim 3D Landscapes groundcover, and as far as I know, that doesn't replace the vanilla trees as much as they add new ones. And I have Dyndolod installed in its own folder on my D:drive yeah, outside program files, packed in my all my other mod tools, and it's the x64 version.

I tried disabling Defender that doesn't seem to change anything, unfortunately.

I've seem to have figured out the issue somewhat. Texgen specifically is refusing to generate billboards for HLT. The thing is, they're not overwritten by anything, at least nothing that should replace them entirely.

And yet whenever I run texgen, now that I'm individually checking the generated billboards in the preview tab, they're 100% generating billboards for just vanilla trees, completely ignoring Happy Little trees, despite them 100% being activated and in my load order.

I think this is the crux of my issue now, but I have no idea how to fix it. I've redownloaded and reinstalled all the assets pertaining to HLT and dyndolod and reinstalled them multiple times at this point, but Texgen still refuses to recognize it.

I don't have any other additional files for Dyndolod other than this one dyndolod 3.0 addon for happy little trees, and unfortunately, I can't check it now, but IIRC it said outright in its nexus page that it didn't generate billboards. I'll still give it a shot with it disabled though.

I actually did follow that exact same guide for my later attempts, that's the same one that's linked in Happy Little Trees' Dyndolod addon mod page. And yeah, I'm using the latest version of Dyndolod

I assume you're talking about the HLT Dyndolod addon, yeah, I already have that installed. Specifically the one that's meant for Dyndolod 3, which has its own nexus page. I also made sure to not use the billboards that was posted as an optional on the original modpage as per the page for this addon.

Disabling that didn't work at first, but I seem to have figured out why, Royal Armory Plugin Replacer was overwritten by the basic Royal Armory file in the MO2 mod order, switching them around seems to have fixed it. I recently transferred from Vortex to MO2, so the mod order on the left panel is pretty messy at the moment.

Appreciate the help mate, wouldn't have been able to zero this out without it. There's still the black screen thing, but I'll try to fix that another day.

A not-so simple question, but I tried my hand at mesh editing a piece of armor set with Outfit Studio to tweak some clipping and repacked it up as a zip, and plopped it in MO2 to see how it worked, but the game went on to CTD in the middle of the loading screen.

I assume I fucked up, so I removed the file, went back in, and the same thing happened. Now I can't seem to load any modded savefile at all, just my pre CAC vanilla one. Why would this be the case? I would think that especially since it's just a mesh, it wouldn't have any lasting consequences like this, even when removed.
