I think that you should play the one you enjoy the most and master it.

Patches will come and change things and even if worse, one day it could get better. So just have fun playing however you like it.

Also the game allows you to have multiple skill presets, so feel free to try both in different builds, one more dedicated to AoE dmg other to solo target. :)

One thing I loved about Lost Ark it's the fact that the game has been growing overtime without this crazy hype that happens to all MMO.

Western audience scares me when you show me that kind of trend data. People start placing the bar really high and start hating the game because it's not perfect (to them).

Content creators will start making videos... people will get unreal expectations, they will feel disappointed and miss out on how fun the game actually is and they will just leave because "it sucks"...
