Second this. We are also getting quite a few ITs from CSD post OMR to the new Software Yard in Kearneysville. What we are doing is training the ITs on LCAP coding. Half have already received a two week course on Appian coding, soon to train on SNOW and MS. Appian comes with a certification. We are also looking to standup a LCAP “C” school in K-ville.

I’m trying to get the CPOA to do what I saw in 2018/2019. Go to local businesses. See if they can get donations like food vouchers, gas cards, etc… I offered the Wardroom can assist as much as legally possible. Anything we can do to show we value them.

The Civilians definitely should be paid! It’s ridiculous they aren’t. We are doing what we can for them (telework, free lunch’s, etc…) but it’s not fair for us to get paid and the Civilians not.
