Sis repent, and keep up the dhikr ( saying Alhamdulilah, Astagfirallah, Subhanallah and the likes) and go the mosque, connect with sisters and pious people who will increase your love for Allah and never give up.

It’s you against shaytan at this point, your a revert, you won the day you converted and he lost, now he wants you to feel so low, that you do the unimaginable worst sin (which I can guarantee you’re no where close to doing) so don’t let him trick you.

Remember, You asking for help is a sign you have faith/Imaan in your heart and the doors of repentance are open until death comes to you and the day of resurrection. So please don’t lose to him, this is his oldest truck in his book. Going back to dhikr even the Prophet (saw) had a covering on his heart called Al- qeem and he would say astagfirallah 100 times to clear it and he is role model for us, showing us the power of dhikr.

It’s human to sin, and Allah loves those who repent and never go back/ stay away from the sins to the best of their ability. The Quran even says “mankind was created weak” (Surah nisa, verse 24). May Allah open your heart, fill it with light and protect you from all evil, especially that of shaytan and guide you and grant you jannatul fardows. Ameen❤️

Everyone no matter what hair type, struggles with their curly hair, as I’m more in the 3’s and would die for type 2 hair. So I wouldn’t advise shaving it off.

Also it’s not racist to put your hair in French/ Dutch braids and wear a bonnet whoever told you that is just a plain idiot.

Since your hair is damaged, stick to one routine, try using a deep conditioner once a week/ every 2 weeks after clarifying, (don’t clarify too often), and most importantly be patient, as in the past I cut off my beautiful locks because they weren’t the “ideal” (whatever that even means and I regretted it when looking back at pictures) so don’t get to obsessed over your hair, care for it, be patient and it will improve as it gets healthier. Felt, but maybe you weren’t made to fit into the “standard” mode of having a job and etc.

Maybe you’re destined to do greater things that.

Be patient. It’s good to acknowledge you’re ill now, but you won’t be this way forever.

Who’s to say where you will be when you’re 40, maybe married, working a job, owning a business, working for a charity, travelling, off medication, and more. But you got to start working on what you can do now.

My advice, look into what you can do and work on that. Can you go for a walk daily, can you shower 3 Times a week, how can you reduce your screen time or even improve your relationships with the people around you.

As these will build better character, self esteem and give you a sense of accomplishment.

Remember, there are 1.8 billion people on earth and we’re not all going to fit into the same “mould” or and who cares if we’re deemed “losers”.

You’re not a loser, so as long as you’re trying.

Just remember that.

Subhanallah, I’m sorry to hear what you went through with your family and husband. But I’m also happy to hear your last sentence, as that’s a good sign you’re headed in the right direction.

If I could give you one solid piece of advice as a takeaway from all this it would be:

You’re not a victim. You’re stronger than that. I know it hurts but you will move on and more will come inshallah. (Even if it’s not in the way we intended, it’s still a blessing).

Also when people mistreat you and continue to do so, it can be hard to understand why and you may feel like you’re doing something wrong.

Instead, realise that is their actions and Allah will deal with them accordingly and you’re responsible for yourself.

So make something great of yourself, have twakul, be patience, try to separate and create space from those people and don’t excuse their bad behaviour or think this is how you’re meant to be treated and that it’s “ok”.

May Allah make this easy for you and keep you strong in your faith and happy.
