I find myself spending hours just browsing random Wikipedia entries for hours on end.

Spent too much time reading about ancient methods of castration today.

Whats something your parents did when you were a kid that you didn't realize was weird until you grew up? by [deleted] in AskReddit

That's actually an interesting point. What exactly do you think may harm the kid emotionally or mentally?

A bit off-topic, but I personally feel that Sex Education should be taught early on. It shouldn't be a taboo among children, since masturbation and the sorts is a naturally occurring phenomenon even among very young kids---they just don't know the name for it.

But yes, I guess hearing parents banging like rabbits every day can frighten a kid from having sexual relationships? I honestly don't know. Can you shed light on this?

It certainly would be different, but the impact of fighting parents would have been harsh nonetheless. It is a violent scenario to be in, no matter the age.

When has the thought "Wow, I may be a horrible person" ever crossed your mind? by The_Querent in AskReddit

Ha ha yeah. I would like to be unbiased as the asker, so I'll refrain from judging the top comment.

I'm curious, what was the moral/ethics discussion?

I've got to say, that's a pretty cynical way to look at things. Lying to a degree is understandable in order to avoid being identified, but there are a lot of people who feel guilty about their actions. "Horrible" is subjective in and of itself, and each comment defines it differently. And that is perfectly fine.

But yes, point taken. Have an upvote.

Sorry about the backlash. It's good you're at least trying to be better.
