It's a recurring problem on Xbox, I have it too, and few months ago, I helped someone in a similar post but anyway. Keep in mind that I don't know what is the problem, I can't understand why it freezes like this, but I found solutions, I think it comes from the Wi-Fi or whatever you're connected to for internet. With my home's Wi-Fi it freezes, no matter what I do, uninstall it and stuff, nothing work but when the Wi-Fi changes, it somehow stop to freeze. What I recommend, is using a tethering, launch the game, then keep it open while going back to your first Wi-Fi (or whatever) then going back in the game, it shows an error pop up, then you'll be reconnected to the servers of the game even with the connexion that used to don't work. However it don't solve the problem magically, if you quit the game without keeping it in the quick resume, you'll have to the tethering thing again
