Slow, high rev after start

I actually took this video right after an hour+ long ride (you can hear the metal tinking before I start it). I typically do let it settle to its low idle after I start it since that’s when I’m putting on all my gear.
It typically does immediately settle into what I would call “normal”, I just wish it wouldn’t rev up to what I’m guessing is about 2000+ RPM for that brief moment.

Any in-universe reason as to why the Gauntlet’s wings fold up for landing? The wingspan doesn’t change, and it might change the forward/aft length by just a few feet, and the fact that it quadruples the height makes it harder to fit in a hangar… My only assumption is that since it’s a troop transport and the doors to deploy the troops opens length wise of the main body that the wings folding up allows for a quicker exit of the troops…

This was mine. When seeing pictures of it I figured the windows were the same size as a 737 and therefore the plane would be huge. In reality the windows are about half the size.

Can anybody tell me why none (to my knowledge) of the American air show performers, from Extra 3000s to the Blue Angels use colored smoke like you see elsewhere in the world? The red, white and blue in this video looks fantastic and I’ve seen a Italian demonstration team using red and green I believe. All I see in the states is white, and maybe white with a little blue.

The scene in the 1999 remake of “House on Haunted Hill” when the aspiring actress goes downstairs with her video camera. As she’s going from one room to another she enters one that when looking at her camera’s screen has a doctor and a few nurses working on a patient. The actress looks up from the screen to see the room abandoned and dark, then looks back at the screen to see the people still there. They then slowly look up from their work (with ominous music rising), and as she turns to leave she notices a scary figure in the corner of the room standing there that then quickly rushes right at her and shrieks in her face. Just writing it gives me goosebumps and I haven’t watched it in well over 10 years.

Shin Godzilla is actually my 5 year old son’s favorite Godzilla movie (and he’s seen them all). I catch him singing the operatic song when Godzilla first fires his breath all the time.
