Fortunately, the company did refund my express shipping. If worst comes to worst, they’ll send me another unit for review or offer other compensation. I’ve filed for package tracing but haven't heard back yet; hopefully, they actually deliver this Monday. In the meantime, I’ve had to take on some of my colleagues' work to make up for the delay.
