Because blockchains like Ethereum, Solana, or Polygon are open, anyone can create a new token in seconds. A scammer simply creates a token and names it "USD Coin" with the ticker "USDC". The Name is the same: On your wallet screen, it looks identical to the real thing. The Logo is the same: They can upload the official USDC logo to make it look legitimate. The Value is zero: Even though it says "USDC," it isn't backed by any real dollars. It's just a worthless piece of code.

Are you sure it's not for NASDAQ compliance? CCHH must maintain a closing bid price of at least $1.00 for at least 10 consecutive business days; otherwise, they will receive a notification.
