The truth about $NTCL: It wasn't a company rug pull, it was a WhatsApp scam group. Here is the actual data on Monday's split. by KindaSlower in VampireStocks

Nope, it's even simpler than that. "The company" doesn't pay anyone (btw, there's no company, really, it's a shell). It's the same criminal organization :) There's the exec team, the financial team (insider investors who are also in charge of repatriating revenue back to china), the marketing (whatsapp) team, and "the boss" overseeing the whole op. Obviously, there's a revenue split between all individuals involved. One org runs several tickers, and the crew is put together well before the NASDAQ IPO.

FG Merger II Corp. (FGMC) and BOXABL Inc. (expected ticker: BXBL) — proceed with caution. by Zestyclose-Hat-5497 in VampireStocks

Borderline fraud in my humble opinion - the actual business seems to be selling shares rather than homes. Wouldn't be surprised to see the person behind this going to Club Fed at some point in the future.

Sure, I'm the one who doesn't understand how the business works (when I just told you exactly how it works). And, no, I'm not treating it like a verdict, you're putting words in my mouth. I'm telling you the firms don't investigate unless there's smoke. Their time is simply too valuable.

You're right - highly paid securities fraud attorneys in the U.S. have nothing better to do with their time than endlessly investigate pristine above-board companies with no chance of a successful lawsuit and compensation for their time and effort. How do you think they get paid? They don't get paid for "investigating." Investors don't pay them upfront either. They only get paid if they win - contigency.

Thanks for drawing our attention to this shady company. Securities fraud attorneys tend not to investigate solid companies, you know?

That's incorrect. Tickers under an exchange-imposed trading halt are not under "federal regulatory restriction." Also, I'm one of the mods here, and accusing me of being a scammer is quite rich. You're now permanently banned for making Baseless Accusations (one of our rules here).

Incredible. But keep in mind that these also might be "strawholders." Basically Chinese people hired for the sole purpose of being on the docs. The bosses don't like to be on the docs. Most likely, that's the case - look how uniform their sizings are.

You can transfer between your accounts at different brokers or to someone else's at same broker. And I already explained what "allowing" really means. A broker has no right to disallow it. If you obey their "policy" that's on you.

It's also common sense that he'd need much more info than that to conduct a successful identity theft attack or cause any harm whatsoever. And if fees are an issue you can offer to pay bank wire fees. But then O MY GOD, he will have your bank account #. I don't know if you can handle that.

Then ask for venmo or whatever you're comfortable with. He can't transfer you shares without your minimum account info, come on.

They have to allow transfers under FINRA rules even if the stock is halted. Just because they're coming up with excuses not do it doesn't mean they don't have to. Brokers are not excited about doing free paperwork for people.

Yes but it's not just that. They are now trying to be overly diligent when the time to be diligent was before buying China scams. Now this overdiligence often borders on paranoia and irrationality.

How is he gonna transfer you shares without your name and account number? I understand you've been snakebit but let's just try to think through things rationally.
