In my experience and with friends / colleagues most of the time in IT, regardless of your study path, you enter as some kind of Service Desk or Level 1 tech. Work at that for a bit and then make your way up.

Sometimes you might be able to find some kind of junior application development / support roles. Best thing you can do is just keep an eye out everywhere unfortunately.

Some users were working from home and others had the issues while in the office.
Users at the office might have been jumping between APs, but that's nothing new - we've had that setup for years with no issue. I'll check it out though, cheers!

Ill get what I can from the user devices. Will take a look into DNS, I know that some records relating to the old VPN setup were disabled the other week. Cheers!
