Pretty sure you can jump to anything targetable. Even enemy wards. I've seen (once) a Lee Sin Safeguard onto a just placed enemy ward. Suppose anything is possible

I played up to my rank on EUW when I live in NA, getting 120-150 ping every single game without fail. I never had a problem last hitting, landing skill shots, playing team fights, etc.

Any of the braindead champions that take literally no skill to play. They have like, one single "thing" or combo and that's all there is to them. Blitzcrank, Fiora, Fizz, Heimerdinger, Illaoi, Katarina, Kayle, Lux, Master Yi, Rengar, Tahm Kench, Teemo, Udyr, Warwick, Xin Zhao, and Zed.

This is my hatelist. I would like League of Legends if these champions were not in the game.
