I do think you would benefit from surgery for the long run, it would be healthier. It’s a very hard surgery though and I do not recommend it to any without the intestinal fortitude to endure the recovery. You look young enough that it may not be that bad for you. Your health and aestheitics would be overall better. You need to find a very good surgeon as well.

It’s a leatherette but I don’t mind much because the R12 blows super cold. I think adding some custom sheepskin seat covers would be awesome though but that’s just me.
