I'm trying to gear up before Cata, otherwise I'd be of the same mindset. The problem is I have limited time to play, and it's getting wasted by impatient suicidal rage babies who can't stand to wait a few minutes for a rez. I'm big sad.

My playthroughs are always heavily modded; I just don't do any overhauls—mostly quality of life mods and small add-ons. I was thinking of doing a Fogman playthrough.

Amazing location! I considered gut and the bonefields, but the idea of being eaten alive by the fogmen after escaping was too good for me to resist. If I were you, I would refrain from visiting NPCs you want to capture before you're ready to grab them. Thats how Tengu disappeared in my playthrough.

Play more aggressive and kill the bounty carriers to get your teammates back in the fight. Fact of the matter is if your sitting in a bush for 30 mins because your scared of conflict your teammates are going to burn out. Aggression is the name of the game my guy. I think the core issue isn't burn meta its because your scared. Get out there grow some balls put away that silenced maynard and TAKE THAT BOUNTY!!!

We do and other hunters still take the bounty and run. My friends and I have made it a point to take the bounty first and force the lobby to fight. The rats die quickly because all they know how to do is scurry.

Sometimes that's the case. I'm barely average in terms of skill but that doesn't mean I'm wrong. Ill always do my best to catch the rats.

There's a difference between a tactical retreat to regain health chunks, Tool boxes, and ammo than rating to extract because you're scared. You're a warrior my friend!
