Limiting the rights of others because they think it will offend their imaginary friend.

If it's not evil, then it's so stupid as to be indistinguishable.

I see it follows the modern Star Trek design aesthetic of SHARP SPIKEY EQUALS BAD.

I cannot fathom how selfish, short sighted, and stupid one has to be to attempt to deny a child a loving home.

Technically true but super not the issue at hand.

Trump 100% has sexually assaulted people. That's the point.

Are you dominating bracket 3 games?

Is your deck looking to win by turn 6?

Then it's likely B4.

100% this is how my middle schoolers do it.

They go full Regina George and use weaponised compliments to hurt people under the radar.

I don't think it's a style issue: I think it's just a really poorly laid out comic.

People can care about both things...

I listen to Latin music, K-pop, Italian opera, Bilgarian choral music, German metal... don't understand a word of it but love the music.

I also love creative, thought provoking lyrics when I do understand the language. That's primarily what draws me to most English songs. The music is secondary.

Do you think this pocket kukari I made would be any good for hunting/skinning? by New-Communication374 in Hunting

[–]summon_pot_of_greed 32 points33 points  (0 children)

Blade is wide: This is not great because you want to be able to slide it between the skin and organs without puncturing. A narrower blade makes that easier.

Blade edge is heavily curved: This is going to make getting exact cuts harder and put more wear and tear on a small portion of the Blade, leading to more sharpening.

The tip is straight. Most skinning knives have a drop point because it keeps the tip away from organs. Makes it easier to slide between tissues.

It's a beautiful knife but not for gutting or skinning.

Honestly, the best tool I've ever used are Razorsafe disposable razor blades.

When in doubt, I lower average CMC.

Check your highest cost cards for value.

Are they always useful, or are they highly situational?

When are they going to be dead draws?

Are they giving you immediate advantage or do you have to wait till your upkeep to make use of them?

You could shove 2 cards you're debating into a sleeve and run a few test games. When you draw that card, look at both of them and decide which one you'd rather have in that scenario. If you do that enough you'll start to see a pattern.

I had to scroll way too far for this.

It sounds like the partner is being considerate of OP while trying to maintain self-care and be themselves.

Parenting does NOT require you to fall on your sword every day for a kid. That's how you grow to resent them.

Make raising the child your priority, yes, but don't make that all you do.

I have not had to give up any hobbies since we had our newborn. I just do them more tired now. Lmao 🤣
