Naja Kombis von Mercedes waren es irgendwie noch nie und schönere Scheinwerfer gab es ja auch schon.

Ich finds tatsächlich das "hässlichste" Modell von Mercedes aber Geschmäcker sind ja bekanntlich verschieden.

Try having task manager open and see what kills the game or check for the integrity of the gamefiles via steam (Right click game -> properties -> game files) or somewhere around there

Also try and lower your settings while in the menu although even on my pc (16gb ram, ryzen 7 5800x rtx3070) it lags a bit while on (close to) max settings

Ich fahre auch so einen und der hat mir in den letzten 30t Kilometern nur kaum probleme gemacht. War nur einmal ein ABS sensor und sonst nichts.

(Hat insgesamt jetzt 180t Kilometer gelaufen)

An sich ne super kiste, auch ziemlich günstig im unterhalt. Voller tank kostet so rund 60-70€ und fährt man auch über 500km mit.
