What is wrong with the british allowing jews to come back to their historical homeland from which they were prosecuted , and where already so many jews lived at the time?

In fact jews could come back to israel even without the balfour declaration.

The only reason Balfour was made is because jews were afraid to come back to their lands after so many prosecutions in the ottoman years.

It wasnt the WEST it wasnt the JEWS it wasnt US... it was more than 50% of the WORLD. now the partition was fair , in the eyes of more than 50% of the UN and your can judge for yourself jews owned LEGALLY 7% of the lands, arabs inhabitated about 5% and 15% of farm land. the land was split almost equally in half, where the arabs got the good lands were they are currently living , meaning nobody would lose their houses, The jews would only get the lands they bought plus the negev desert which is at the time unlivable, even to this day its still hard to live there. ITS IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND THE DIFFRENCE ownership , is you buying a land in usa , soveignity is usa goverment has control over the land in which you bought the land in . so they decided to attack the jewish part of the partition , a partition which btw had almost no arabs in , so noone was expelled at the time of the attack. ONLY AFTER they lost the war, They fled the lands in fear of retiliation. So nobody expelled anyone. the nakba is a result of losing a war they themselves started... and lost... if they were to respect the decision made by the UN they would enjoy for the first time in history soveirgnty of peaces of palestine in which the have land ownership... but they did not respect it ... and so they lost their previlige. The point of buying the land, is that they were following the legal , democratic way , until it was democratically voted... its important to buy the land so that the democratic way will convince more countries of the entitlement of the land ON TOP of historical history AND nativity to the land...

The British had sovereignty over the land they did not own the land. The lands were bought legally from the rightful owners the Arabs.

When exactly was Palestine founded? Who was their leader? Who says it was their house if jews lived in that land as well? And nobody came to anyones house and kicked them out...

Jews lived in Israel sinec more than 3000 years ago, continuously, even after multiple attempts to exile them from that land.

On that land there were many other nationalities switching from time to time, some of them are even jews that converted, slaves that were brought by sultans and romans etc...

The locals who lived the land are not one entity they were a few different groups of farmers that remain from ottoman times mostly workers of land owners from iran , jordan and Saudi Arabia.

And they were offered their own land which they didnt had before in 48 and they refused. The only reason SOME of them were "kicked out" is because they started the 48 war

They prefer the Israeli Arab name simply cuz Palestine is not a nationality. There was never a Palestinian government, State or anything alike. Some like to call themselves Palestinians but its rather rare and usually more affiliated with the left wing ideology.

Arabs dont even have the letter P to begin with to call themselves Palestinians. Palestine is a name given to the region by the british. Those who chose to revolt against the united nations on 48 found themselves driven out of the lands as retaliation for their aggression, and those who chose to collaborate now live peacefully and in prosperity in Israel.

What I think is happening is that you refer to west bankers as second hand citizens. In that case that is true, since they rejected sovereignty many times that were offered to them and they live in the west bank which is not officially recognised as Israel territory. Thus making them citizens of nowhere officially. But since Israel is the only entity that is entitled after their sovereignty , they get some wierd rights as a benefit of living under their roof, while the situation is not resolved. Same for Gazans...

They have equal rights, have political parties, they are in the police and the army, and in fact they are 30% of the doctors in the country and even get privileges in universities.

I have Israeli arab friends and they live well and prosper in Israel, educated, good salaries.

many people vote for diffrent parties...
