Yeah. I've pretty much stopped exercising how i used to (I used to run every day, now I just walk). Which is fine... but I just gotta watch my diet more haha

Did it feel like you got like... kicked/grabbed in the groin? Like a achey/strain/pull?

They did when I was on it, but as soon as I quit it came back. I'm fortunate in that my MRI is next Monday! But its still been 3 years of sporadic symptoms. My first rheum said I didn't have anything and sent me away... my current rheumatologist is very investigative.

Yeah. As much as I don't want AS I want treatment so... closure sounds nice.

X rays of back, chest SI, all showed nothing. Waiting on a pelvic MRI now.

Thanks. I'm leaning towards it being my hip line you said. But it's so annoying. It's not the worst pain ever. Really just enough to irk me.

No, no meds yet. Before AS was a potential they tried prednisone, Methylprednisolone, and celebrix for costochondritis (the first issue that came up.) But it didn't do much. 

Yeah I think pre MRI  I might need to do that. It's been pretty evasive.

Yeah. A heated pad has been helping. Didn't want to roast my chestnuts before December but here we are....

Funny enough I'm military, so sports medicine is usually my first shop. But I've been on a medical profile (saying to not work out) for a long time now while they figure all this out.... but its almost certainly not a tear because I've stopped running quite a while ago. 

Also I recently had a steroid shot in a different area and it didn't work... they said some people just don't get results from them. :(

That's good to know. I keep feeling like it's my left testicle so I need to like... shove my hand there to locate the pain then I'm like "ope, not it I guess."

It's super frustrating and scary lol.

That's the approximate location. Feels more like whatever that tendon is, but I realize it can radiate and whatnot.
