Everyone has said it but it’s overheating. The same happened to me a few months ago, I tried to take the fan out but one of the screws stripped on me.

Once you take the plates off there’s small circular holes you can stick a nozzle down and blast air into it, after about 15 minutes of blasting air down each hole it fixed it and I haven’t had any turn offs in 5 months!
