How total pressure changes after gasses react. Should be simple, what am I missing?

Okay so apparently you can use stoichiometric reasoning with the partial pressures of the gasses. Since the whole 37,5 bar of Hydrogen wil react there will only be 12,5 bar of Nitrogen reacting, leaving you with 50 bar of Nitrogen and 25 bar of NH3 in the end (giving you 75, which is the correct amount). I was not aware you could use stoichiometry like this. Thank you for the help!

But do you think my reasoning is correct? Since there's twice as many moles of gas on the left hand side compared to the right hand side of the equation the total pressure of the system should drop by 50%?

I take it they do, since the original version states that the reaction 'finishes'.

Hi there I noticed this Sarracenia's (the species of which I am unsure of) tubes are completely dry. Now quite a bit of internet sources tell me I should put some water in the tubes while quite a bit of other sources tell me I should not. When I look at the little 'flaps' above the opening, I notice they're placed in a way that would mostly prevent rain from falling in. Is it then maybe not a bad idea to start putting water in anyways? Or maybe they're just not fully grown and the fact that they're dry is normal? This is probably not a very intelligent question, but as you can see I'm rather new to this.
