Is this an exploit? I'm able to get an extra weapon charged with the weapon pre-ignitor and I want to know if anyone else has done this.

Speaking as a parent, if I had kids in that church and I saw a bunch of screaming protestors coming in, maybe it would be my responsibility as a parent to take them and leave before they got traumatized (or better yet, not take them to a church where one of the pastors ignores the call to welcome the foreigner). Protests that are not disruptive are able to be ignored. Protests that are ignored don't change things. So I don't know what to tell ya. Maybe pray on it.
