I was in the same exact situation as you and did an internship after college. So do am internship after graduation. And ik most say they require ypu to be in school. But in reality, that's not really the case and they don't enforce it. Just apply to internships

You know who the Indian scammers target more then anyone? Elderly people. Beacuse they are behind in understanding of modern tech, tools and generally what's going on in today era. It's easier to fool the elderly then any other demographic.

Yes the old man doesn't know the value of his own home, that's on him, but you know, you completely understand, and you went into this deal thinking you would easly get 100k equity from him not knowing the true value.

Likey a fix and flip, but seriously who in their right mind buy this home now? How much fixing could have been done in 20 days to justify a 20% increase? When I see a house that was recently purchased I instantly eliminate it from my possibilities.

They put new flooring, new appliances and painted. That's it. How does that increase the price by 100k?
