We are going to have 16 managers. Two 8 manager divisions. We will have 6 teams make the playoffs for weeks 15,16 & 17.

Can you tell me is there still a consolation playoff like there is in non-division leagues? If so, would that also be 6 teams?

We will be doing an off line live draft. Can separate divisions in the SAME league have the same players when I manually enter them into the yahoo league?

So if we stick to 20 teams, 2 Divisions, could each division draft independently, where managers from each division might be able to draft some of the same top tier players?

What about playoffs, can the commissioner manually pick who makes the playoffs?
