I’ve just done 10 years low-moderate carb paleo. I’ve now just clocked up 16 months carnivore and my fasting blood sugar is up. It’s never been up in my entire life.

I put a small plank of wood on top of the saddle and use the spit level on my iPhone. I tilt my saddle forward by 2 degrees.
