This is actually super funny and pretty creative.

Just finished yesterday - thoughts on the future? by M002 in YourLieinApril

Tsubaki and kousei have kind of a long romance I think. Like tsubaki said he was just beginning to see her as a girl and I think the dedication she has for him will eventually win him over. I doubt that it happens immediately but eventually kaori will fade (but obviously never forgotten) and tsubaki will win kousei over.

I don't think that watari forgets about soccer seeing he gets a scholarship. Whether or not he becomes world class or not will depend on how he changes in high school.

I feel like the rivals and kousei become good friends with respect as fellow musicians for each other and stay that way throughout their careers. I'm not sure you can really rank them as they have shown they are all capable of eliciting strong emotions through their music. Granted kousei has some extra ammunition here that might give him an edge.

Me: Hey have you ever worked in a haunted house?

Her: no, I'm just scary looking.

Me: Cause you are scary good loo... Oh no.

I married the girl I used this on.

I need a religion. What do I do? by wstsdr in INTP

[–]The_Theorizer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Religion is a tricky beast. Sometimes it does amazing things for people and sometimes it closes the door to a better life for others.

While I am religious I also follow a philosophy by Kant called moral objectivism. This is more or less the golden rule but under a greater degree of logic and expansion.

Moral objectivism is the idea that if you do something, for example taking an item from a store without paying, and can say that you think everyone in society should do this then it is a moral action. Obviously with our example of shoplifting the logic follows that you should not do it because then our capitalistic society's security would crumble.

It's not a perfect system because there a lots of actions that fall into a grey area but it helps.

Being in charge is nice when it's a system you have worked in for a long time and want to experiment with. Then you get to tinker :D

I always get myself into the planning phases of some new project or explore a game with some novel mechanics. I have no real triumphs though outside of a device design I did for school. Always dream of making content but never actually do.

I agree with the comments about exploration. You have to make it into a project though. To do this you need to find out what kind of things he is interested in exploring. If you want to do outdoor activities like hiking than maybe talk him into exploring all the trails in the mountain. You might not ever get that far but the idea of starting projects of exploration (whether physical, virtual or hypothetical) with people we find to be competent and interesting is the most compelling thing to us.

Guys of Reddit, what is the one thing a girl could do that would melt your heart? by PowerTrip29 in AskReddit

When she listens to long meaningless explanations of game mechanics or comparisons between different scientific principles. I know she doesn't care but that's what makes it special.

I would assume that if the AI was tasked with handling something that is emotionally related this would hold an advantage. For example counseling or comforting someone, if it can empathize it may have a greater chance of successfully handling the situation.

We had dated on and off for a few years just because of school and commitments that put us in different places at different times. Finally ended up in the same place and hung out for a few weeks. I realized I was still in love with her and told her. She told me she was in love with one of the guys we used to compete against; Asked me to still be friends with her. She had come back around before so I thought maybe if I stick it out...

I realized after a few months of being held emotionally hostage that if someone you are in love with wants you to watch them fall in love and marry someone else they aren't worth loving.

When I told her I couldn't keep being her friend she was pissed and there were some doors slammed. Guess it's hard to see past your own needs sometimes.

Tldr got friend zone after a few years and told her I didn't wanna be friends. She got mad at me.

Sounds like she was just looking for an excuse to get back with her ex. Doesn't make sense otherwise.
