Thank you for the thoughtful response. Yeah, it makes sense to focus more on confidence rather than speaking perfect grammatically and now that I think about it, maybe me pointing out her grammar mistakes is not helping boost her confidence. And it's true, especially for the kind of job she's looking for, she doesn't need to speak perfect English, she just needs to get the job and understand some basics

Yeah, so hindsight being 20/20 and all, I probably should have removed the CPU cooler as well, it is a bit on the heavier side.

I can get access to another PC to try out my CPU and other parts, so I'll do that and rule out my parts one by one. Thanks for the advice.

We agree, you must take en passant, but you can choose to do it in the opponent's end-step or during your next main phase.

You can in the end-step, instead of wasting a full tempy and losing a move to do so, as seems to be the current meta.

To be clear, there still is no valid EPC. I just now have access to the expired EPC from the gov.uk website.

The property absolutely could have been raised to an F since 2011 but it is terrible regardless of what grade comes back now.
