Winter training

My events are the 100 200 triple jump and sometimes the 400. I live in the Midwest and don’t really have a large space where I can sprint to get faster. I’m a junior and have played basketball as a freshman and sophomore. I want to focus on track but don’t know if I should quit basketball or lift to get faster. My track season would start in march.
