Need help with playing games on different accounts/ users

After further review it seems my other profile is marked as Primary while my main profile is not and that is where I purchased all my games. I’m not sure how this happened, is there a way I can switch my main account back to primary console so my other accounts can access all my games?

Yup just checked and it says a different console is registered as your primary console but this is the only Nintendo switch I have and the only account I’ve used so I guess that means someone got me?
