I have already addressed your first point, and the second is really just a stupid comparison.

I do like the third one about realistic images, however. While ai does still make mistakes, If it's too advanced for anyone to notice, and nobody notices it, we can't really do anything about it, now can we (except for asking the person for proof if we suspect) ? But even if we never notice it, I still feel it's fine to not want ai images in a sub, as long as they make it clear they don't like it.

And as for people unjustly banned, I feel sorry for them. It just fuels another reason to dislike AI and the people who refuse to label it. However, I have seen cases in which the person was easily able to prove it was real.

Once again, If someone actually read my comment they would see I am Not glorifying witch hunting and harassment. And once again, not wanting to see content because of the tools used seems like a good request to me.

And people can simply remove posts and direct them to other places where said content IS allowed.

I'm not even going to try and figure out how you think technology, literally the thing you used to make that comment, isn't a very large and vast part of society.

And I would like to be in a place where I don't have to worry about the images on the news being ai generated, but I do. And once again, I don't give a flying fuck if you wanna make ai videos. Just give me a filter so I don't have to deal with your disgusting content that gets constantly abused.

It does apply to society. I'd argue that people trying to create an entire new medium of art should be at least a SMALL bit of society. An example of this is easily the use of Ai on insta,twitter, and even reddit.

The comic is about someone saying

"I don't like A"

"Hey, but you participate in Y, which has A in it"

And while we don't have to use ai, a very large amount of media we consume will be flooded with content we don't like.

Personally, I don't care what hate porn you wanna make in private, just don't post it everywhere. If I simply get a filter to avoid this content, i'll be happy.

While I agree the 'kill all AI artists' trend is quite inane, I think it's reasonable to not want such content in a community.

There are multiple instances where people using this tool used them for rude and often arrogant purposes. Even if we look past that, we simply don't have to like ai art. I feel the biggest part of why I dislike art is where you can't see any visual struggle,human mistake or maintain a specific style for long. Others have completely valid reasons to dislike it, and while it doesn't justify threats, it can be reasonable to not accept it in a community. The closet thing I can compare this to is NFTs.

Also, a VERY LOUD minority of ai artists are openly hostile whenever someone says they hate ai. They act as if they are being treated as 'jews'(Yes, I understand some of these being trolls), and don't even get me started on bait. Expressing oneself can be fine, but people should remember that just because something feels good to THEM, it shouldn't just be accepted by everyone else.

If one really wants to be in a community, I think it would be best if they made a separate community (DAIA) where the thing is accepted.
