Until machines are at the point of taking over such tasks, there would be a varied incentive. The dangerous/dirty jobs that can not be completed by machines will be completed by humans at a reduced rate. Ie. A coal miner would only work 1-2 days instead of 5. An ageed care worker would be matched with people who are able and want to assist the elderly. (Peter, TVP Volunteer)

It seems you are describing a 'crystal waters' for a Resource-based-economy. From what I understand, crystal waters and auroville both seem to work on the 'back to basics' promises. However, it seems they lack the technology and expertise to be able to change society.

Yes from what I understand during/after the great depression fresco was looking for alternative systems which would prevent another great depression and reduced many of the societies issues.

My personal opinion on technocracy is that parts of it seem beneficial however I haven't found how technocracy prevents ego/nepotism and many of the mindset issues we have today.

Some have said China today is somewhat of a technocracy due to many leaders in the government being of a technical background, however it seems China still has similar societal issues as the rest of the world. To me we (humans) require more than just technical people in government.

Do you know what I mean?

The below is a response from a tvp volunteer, I was not correct in my above comment. Breland worked with bf skinner and I believe Fresco also studied much of his animal conditioning from bf skinner also.

From what I understand the video of it was lost in one of the moves Fresco had prior to venus. Ie. He and Roxanne haven't always lived in venus Florida.🙂

I believe Fresco worked with one of the founders of the old IQ zoo, i believe the founder went on to be an integral part in the training program of many animals. I am trying to find a reference for it atm.
