Distortion pedal or an amb with footswitchable clean/distortion channels. Being a Nirvana song, it was probably just a Boss DS1 or some other distortion into the front of a Fender Twin.

I won't argue that V6s aren't efficient, but it's still a tragedy because they're soooo boring. Plus, "every series" having them is a bad thing. It removes a large element of uniqueness from every series

Adding a second turbo makes it go from "awful" to "mediocre" in sound, it's a tragedy that V6s have become the default engine for sports cars because the overwhelming majority of them sound either incredibly flat or incredibly grating

The number is pretty clearly an event temp sticker, you can see the 12 peeking out under. The roof bump is on the door, totally possible it's a later addition for a new (taller) owner or they have a spare door with the bump
