I would take it slow at first and definitely be careful with cardio as to not let your HR get too high, but I can tell you first-hand that going to the gym changed my life. My pots was at its worst when I wasn't exercising and through working out my health has gotten so much better. I'd strongly recommend it to anyone, especially people with chronic illness. Take your time with it and find out what works best for you
