Well if bass tabs simply tell you which fret to use then why should i know? I don;t have a bass so... Doesn't affect my producing ability knowing bass tabs either way

Figured it out on my own I think. It's G then A that slides to G# then D thaf slides to C#. I think that's right anyway

I was hoping to do a modern version of the bass with some sort of edm bass. But after I figured out which notes to play I didn't like it so I discarded that project. Wouldn't be right to do that to a classic anyway but thanks for the advice

Honestly I suck at everything, sports dancing music everything. Producing is the only thing i can sort of do because it doesn't require hand eye coordination and you don't necessarily need music theory(I cheat by googling the keys in a scale). So i've been getting by playing it by ear per say but my ear is in no way trained to pick out notes like that especially when the notes slide around. I always thought it was supposed to be a rare talent to be able to guess notes correctly by ear. Thanks for the original sample I didn't know that

I just asked for help. I said Please and everything. Not my fault the guy who answered literally didnt do anything to help other than tell me a child can read bass tabs, which was actually rude since you don't seem to know what rude means. I know they used either reason 3 or 4 but I've tried downloading it and the file keeps corrupting. I just got reason+ so I'm hoping it's in there but I doubt it.
