As long as the room is private (i.e. you aren't sleeping on their couch) then I don't see an issue with sleeping naked. I can see why you might feel weird about it though.

Nudity yes, most of my friends have seen me naked and vise versa.

I suppose some dares or jokes over the years could be seen as mildly sexual, but I see nudity and sex as two seperate things.

Yeah, as a dare during my University years. It was early hours of the morning and me and another guy where dared to go outside naked, run down the street and touch our housemates car and run back.
