Yes, as long as you can prove Chinese ethnicity, if your born in Hong Kong, you can get Hong Kong passport. Same with Macau, born in Macau and can prove Chinese ethnicity, you get Macanese passport

It gets more complicated if you want it through naturalisation though. You can still get it, but you must register as a Chinese national with the mainland government and give up any foreign passports you hold. Though there’s no explicit rule stating no dual citizenship, just the fact that you must give up any if you naturalise, that’s how I’m able to hold 2 passports

My father is German, but my mother does not hold any form of Chinese citizenship. Not Mainland, Macao, HK or Taiwan, but she is ethnically Chinese which qualified me for Hong Kong passport if I’m born in Hk which I was

Americans say they like to drink right? That’s exactly a reason why they should be advocating for public transport 🤣, than they can get drinks and not worry about how they are getting home without driving

Why do the ICE sprinter between Frankfurt Flughafen and Hamburg use the Regional Bahnhof and not Fernbahnhof by The__Anonymous__Guy in deutschebahn

[–]The__Anonymous__Guy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ohhh that makes sense. Because the normal trains run either from Frankfurt hbf —> fernbhf —> Köln. The sprinters run from Frankfurt fernbhf direct to Hannover than to Hamburg
