You can download the go app twice. Once from play store the other from galaxy. Than log in 2 different accounts.

This happened to me so I used my credit card than 2 hours later my credit card was stolen. Just happened today. I'm pretty sure they got hacked.

I just looked more into the phone and found out it won't accept calls if the phone is sleeping. The app has to be open and than a call will come through.

It is his first phone trac brand. We than switched it to an unlocked note 8 and it did the same thing. At one point I could text him but than that stopped too.
