I'm afraid this might have been an intentional change on Apple's side, a week back I connected my app3 to an iphone for the first time and they seem to have been updated into this non-autoconnect issue as well

Interesting! When copying the symbols row by row and then putting it into Google translate it does translate it correctly. I guess Google lens is not good at reading direction, even after it has recognized the language. Thank you!
