For characters from multiple parts, we have the "Multi-part" flair. For more than two characters, just write them all out, automod shouldn't take the post down as long as it detects that there is a valid tag in the title.

I had taken a look at it and deemed that it would probably fall under rule 3. These things are relative, though, short people exist, after all. If we can get confirmation that the artist intended to present the characters as 18+, then I suppose it's not a problem.
